CHIEF OF POLICE

DPW - SEASONAL HELP

The Town of Tiverton seeks to fill one or two positions as “Seasonal Help” for the Department of
Public Works (DPW). This advertisement acts as a notification of the position opening. A job description
of duties, responsibilities, qualifications, and selection guidelines associated with this position are
published HERE or are available at the Department of Public Works office.
Seasonal Help perform maintenance and repairs on Town buildings, recreational areas and
roads. They operate a variety of hand tools and power tools. One or two written references should be
submitted with the application. An employment history should be submitted if the prospective
employee has work experience.

TOWN PLANNER/ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

The Town of Tiverton has extended its posting for the full-time position of Town Planner/Administrative Officer. A detailed statement of responsibilities and qualifications can be found HERE. Salary negotiable in the range of $80,000 - $85,000, depending on qualifications.
