Wastewater Management Commission ~ The Wastewater Management Commission shall be composed of seven (7) members and two (2) alternates to be appointed by the Town Council during the first meeting in the month of April. Terms of members shall be three (3) years, except that terms of alternates shall be two (2) years. Members maybe reappointed for successive terms with the recommendations of the Wastewater Management Commission. The Commission shall appoint it's own officers
